  • A good amount - I am responsible for fulfilling any design briefs given to me in the way in which I feel is best, allowing for creative thinking and new ideas.

  • Alright - the company has clear goals and a route to try to achieve them. However there is a fairly widespread culture of working from home which can have a negative effect.
