    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My role consists of lots of researching and benchmarking from other automotive brands and companies. Along with a regular cadence of team meetings, I am responsible in my team for the customer journey and client validation processes, so reviewing content, gathering material for stimulus, refining propositions in line with the reseatch.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • The biggest skills I have developed are public speaking and communication. Over the year, I have had to put together presentations and present to senior stakeholders in the company such as directors, which has been challenging but a great experience. I have also developed my critical thinking skills, as proposals created need to be interrogated for any potential challenges.
