Overview
Carried a variety of trainee-level tasks and undertook real client work. This varied daily but included attending meetings to take notes, undertaking legal research and drafting memos. Interspersed was various social activities and opportunities to network with others on the scheme and already at the firm.
Skills
Gained greater insight into new areas of law, improved time-management and communication skills.
Business Insight
Very well structured opportunities to speak to those working in areas of interest to you and to approach trainees informally for conversations about their true experience and reflection of the business. Made easy by everyone’s approachability.
Culture
Incredibly welcoming and very approachable. RPC is renowned for its culture and this was reinforced with every interaction you have with people at the firm.
