Overview
I would be set work by anyone in the office, this was often tasks such as creating comparable schedules and completing due diligence. I have been on multiple site visits each weeks to a range of different development sites.
Skills
I have been able to apply my knowledge from university as well as learn a range of new skills such as creating schedules but also professional skills through being in the office and meeting clients.
Business Insight
It was great to be able to talk to all of the graduates and learn about their roles and how they got to where they are. in addition to this, being able to speak with senior members of the team has been a great experience to learn about career progression at Savills.
Culture
Everyone has been extremely welcoming in the office and I feel I have been thorough included in the team. Everyone seems to love their work and enjoy working with their colleagues in a team cohesively creating an extremely attractive company culture.
Your Impressions
I have loved completing my internship at Savills. It has been a great experience to learn about the industry on the job and guarantee for me that it is the sector I would like to go into as well as the type of company I would like to work for. Furthermore, I feel I have gained skills and knowledge I can use in my last year at university.
