    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • To a large extent, I enjoyed the internship. There are a number of contributing factors: 1. Office Layout - Open office is much easier to communicate than traditional office of which supervisors and superiors are difficult to approach 2. Team culture - Communication is at high standard, the monday morning meeting of tasks reporting by team members is the key 3. Clear delegation and communication - My Line supervisor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and mentor (superior) [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] took charge seriously in managing me, which enhances my learning experience significantly - Daily reporting and weekly overview with mentor is also crucial to this internship Overall, I feel being valued and respected at Savills Birmingham Planning Team
