Overview
The svs gave interns exposure to project work they can expect as a full time consultant. Within the four weeks you could expect to sit in on meetings, complete various tasks, contribute to different projects and learn about the role to decide if it suits you. More importantly network and learn more about Deloitte.
Skills
During such a short period it’s difficult to obtain major skills but definitely a great place to network and learn to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Great introduction to the types of technical skills that could be built in the future.
Responsibilities
As it’s four weeks there’s not much you can be responsible for, but most of your tasks are independent, you are pretty much responsible for how you use your time and connect.
Support & Guidance
So much support and guidance was given not only from my team but people I reached out to. The people here genuinely want you to make the most of your experience and for you to do well.
Culture
Friendly and approachable atmosphere but most people are pretty consumed in their own work.
