Overview
Was given a really exciting main project to work on mostly independently but also ad hoc tasks such as assisting with articles. Also got to take part in the charity challenge in a team with other interns.
Skills
Got the chance to develop many new skills that I would not have had the chance to before, such as how data is used within HR.
Responsibilities
I was given much more responsibility than expected and liked how they trusted me to assist on major projects for the business and lead meetings.
Support & Guidance
Cannot fault the support, had great support from everyone at Centrica from my line manager to other interns.
Culture
Culture and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, and always felt comfortable asking for help from anyone.

I really enjoyed my HR summer placement at Centrica and felt as though I was included as part of the team.
