Overview
The day starts with a morning meeting to discuss the tasks that were done the precious day and what should be prioritized. After that we start working on the tasks which could involve- testing, bug-fixing, writing new code, adding more functionality by SQL
Skills
C# libraries, professional level of SQL Server, Oracle SQL, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio tools and key shortcuts, Source Control and browser developer tools
Responsibilities
The more responsibility you take, the more responsibility is given to you. They are flexible with everyone's development pace and always pursue every student in the best way possible.
Support & Guidance
The support is available at the moment you ask for it. Everybody will help in case the student needs support. The line managers do by-weekly one-to-ones, and the team is always available for a quick chat about a specific problem. The guidance is clear, and the attitude towards the student is excellent.
Culture
The company culture and atmosphere is excellent; there is always laughter and joy in every corner of the building. We have regular after-work events and Wednesday pizza. The possibilities are always well-thought, and there is something for everyone. The company has a wide grass field where we can play almost all outside sports.
Your Impressions
The work is challenging but joyful, and you can see every contribution put directly to the product that goes to the customer. The company culture is fantastic, and my expectations were greatly exceeded. The characteristic that stands out for me is the attention put into getting young and motivated students and graduates, which shows that Lighthouse is here for the long-term relationship. Truly amazing!

Show your work and desire. Be proactive and make sure you display every aspect of yourself. Bring a positive attitude and you will receive no less that that back. Prepare yourself with a car for maximum convenience.
