  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working with a range of people in the rural sector, in the office and out on site visits to farms and estates. Attending internal and external meetings and working with tenants, clients and contractors.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Yes, the biggest skill is my interpersonal skills which I have learnt and enhanced whilst working with such a wide range of people, as well and time keeping and management skills. I have also enhanced my report writing and written communication skills through reading and writing reports during my internship. As well as this, I have developed skills specifically to estate management including data collecting, surveying and excel skills more specifically.
