  • When preparing for the interview/assessments do a lot research into the company. Safety is the most important part of Network Rail and is what everyday work is trying to maintain. Read up on how Network Rail is managed and the main principles. Don't worry too much on the technicalities of the railways as it is not expected that you have the knowledge when starting.
