    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Responsible for providing the sales force (and every team that interacts with sales) with the right tools and data to help them plan and engage with their prospects, sell more efficiently, and close deals. There are two core aspects to Commercial Operations. Sales Enablement and Sales Operations. Sales Operations make the changes and try to improve the selling process as much as possible and sales enablement are the team that advertise this and inform the sales teams of these changes.

  • Yes, I have improved on my excel skills, data handling skills, planning and organizing skills as well as leadership skills. the internship is what you make of it. There is the chance to learn so much.

  • Yes, I was in charge of creating full web pages and leading some parts of the sales conference.

  • The whole experience is set to make sure you have constant support. That could be from the HR platform openblend, or it could be from the "panel" who look after the interns, and even your mentor who you are assigned on day 1.

  • The opportunity to do so much outside of your team made this placement year for me. I got to learn skills from different departments and get involved and supported in several CSR initiatives.

  • Be outgoing! The whole company is friendly and the key to mproving the future of the travel industry is communication. Therefore, make sure you have the ability to thinl outside the box and suggest these changes.
