Overview
Each day was in a different department and involved tasks that a trainee solicitor might be expected to undertake e.g. letters of claim. We also had regular meetings with solicitors from different departments to hear about their work, as well as group sessions with wellbeing and the diversity networks.
Skills
Developed my commercial awareness whilst on the scheme, learning about client retention and the business.

Very useful when it came to the interview at the end of the week
Culture
Very welcoming, you could talk to anyone, including the partners. Everyone was friendly and there was no hierarchical atmosphere.
