Overview
We heard from a range of speakers from each different division, including analysing a case study as a group and being able to actively ask questions at the end of every talk. There were also great networking opportunities, and the slides during each session were packed with great details and useful content that isn't so easy to find online. Therefore, the program provided differentiated insights into the firm.
Skills
Yes, I have developed my collaborative team working skills and also the ability to ask thought-provoking questions. I have also improved my ability to network.
Business Insight
It was fantastic because each session focused on a different division or set of roles, so we had a very thorough overview.
Culture
It was very supportive and the HR team were also very friendly and willing to answer any questions!
