    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • This ITS Digital Marketing placement provided me with the opportunity to work and learn within the ITS function gaining great experience in digital marketing including website build and management, CRM, Search, social media management, content and data & measurement for Kimberly-Clark EMEA brands such as our well-known and loved household brands; Andrex®, Kleenex®, Huggies® and Depend®.

  • Yes, I learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the placement. Everyone is really kind, and you are always learning on a regular basis.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, I had time to adjust to my new work schedule at first. After about a month, I was able to swiftly adapt to new projects. Then I was able to lead my own projects within a few months, something I am quite pleased about.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I did receive a lot of help, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer attitude from the organisation and my employer at such an early stage in my career. I was in contact since I received an offer, and when I started the placement, everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be more proud of the steps I took thanks to the structured personal development program and an amazing mentor through the internship.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • I quickly realised that people are Kimberly Clark's most valuable resource and are at the centre of everything. Since day one, the environment has been stimulating, and you have felt really welcome.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I could not have asked for a greater opportunity. I am overjoyed to have been able to join such an incredible organisation and team. Every move they perform is with your point of view in mind. I genuinely wanted to be a part of the firm, and everything worked out well. This is something I would suggest to everyone.

  • The business culture is fantastic, so give it a go and apply. The entire team is leading and assisting you at all times. Kimberly-Clark is recruiting great people.
