What we offer Interns

Whether you join our Finance or Supply Chain scheme, you can look forward to a 12 month placement, that will see you work cross-functionally to ensure you learn lots, and quickly. Most important of all, you'll be doing a real job with real implications right from the off. This means senior-level visibility, constant challenges and high expectations. You'll be pushed here, not patronised.

We are a multinational business with an expansive view. You'll be based in one of our locations listed below.

We want you to go far:

We'll assign you a senior mentor for the duration of the programme to support and encourage you all the way. On top of specific technical training, you'll also receive a professional development plan (PDP) that will cover presentation skills, influencing skills, personal effectiveness and business effectiveness. We make sure each intern has a big support network. We allocate a buddy to each intern for the full 12 months - usually a graduate scheme predecessor.

What you'll need:

If you have completed the first 2 years of a Bachelor Degree with one final year yet to be undertaken, and are expecting to gain a 2:1 then this one is for you - particularly if you are fluent in English but can also speak a second European language like Spanish, French, Italian or German and have a strong ability with numbers and a flair for teamwork.
