The team at Siemens were incredibly friendly and understood that you are still early in you career and as such, might not know everything. Those around you are not afraid to help you out and teach you new things, or indeed to catch you up on stuff you might not know much about (yet!).
Responsibilities
Yes, the Siemens culture really values interns and as such we are given as much responsibility as any full time employee.
Support & Guidance
The support networks at Siemens are extensive and you always know who to ask if you need help. Your line manager is always there for you should you have any questions, though you will likely be working with them on almost a daily basis anyway.
Culture
The flexible working policy is amazing as you can work as and when it suits you. The culture is focused on results, and not input, meaning you can achieve your goals in whatever way suits you best. Aside from this, everyone is super friendly and treat you as an equal colleague.

It was the best year of my life, I felt valued and involved in all projects and look forward to joining Siemens again soon!

Research the company thoroughly as they have their fingers in lots of different pies. It seems quite complicated at first but it is not!
