Yes. Such skills include further knowledge in terms of planning policy and the importance of understanding how each council has different potential stances and agendas, which need to be met for planning permission to be granted. Also I have learned more real estate specific skills which are needed within such a trans-sector company such as Savills- such as property valuations

Really pleasant and a nice working atmosphere. Everyone is really supportive and willing to help you with any questions you have. A very good work/life balance, looking to incorporate any team bonding social events to help you intergrate further into the team.
