Overview
Day to day responsibilities included a lot of data inputting and excel work. As well as this I was shadowing Client Viewings with some of the experienced hires, but this was dependant on client demand/ activity levels.

Business Insight
It was a lot to learn in the space of two weeks, I think it would have been useful to have more time, and would have been slightly less intimidating. However, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn in the little time I had here.
Culture
It's a very flat organisation so you meet very senior people very easily which is really nice, its sociable too. They are working on diversifying the workforce, which is necessary because it currently has a long way to go in terms of diversity, I think.
Your Impressions
Mixed, dependant on the tasks I was given and how much i got to go out and meet the client. Therefore, it varried day to day.

be yourself and authentic, don't worry about having to fit to a particular type of person
