Overview
Back to back sessions covering different areas of the bank and learning about different bank objectives they dedicate resources towards.
Skills
Boosted my speed networking skills and became more commercially aware and learnt about financial markets.
Business Insight
It made me more and more curious as to how the different divisions work in tandem and helped me develop a deeper understanding of what banks do.
Culture
It was extremely healthy and friendly, everyone I met not only had a story to share but were also extremely empathetic and caring.
Your Impressions
Having back to back sessions is certainly tiring, but I enjoyed getting to know everyone and being part of extensive career development and networking opportunities.
