Overview
During the week long internship, we got to speak and interact with various employees at UBS from different divisions such as the Global Banking division, Global Markets division, Asset Management etc.
Skills
I developed my networking and verbal communication skills
Business Insight
It was really detailed and clear steps were provided as to how to go about joining the business as well as an estimate of the time the role is due to be available
Culture
UBS' culture is one that I found to value their employees and allows employees to take charge of their development/career whilst providing the necessary support. They have a culture that allows for employee retention.
