The Role
Great place to work, can talk to anyone, open door policy and given a lot of responsibility and able to take on extra parts to your job which you enjoy.
I feel very valued by my colleagues.
Had regular meetings with my supervisor and manager and were always available if i needed anything.
At first very busy as getting use to processes and then once i got use to my role i was less busy but was able to increase my workload to make sure i wasnt bored.
I was given a lot of responsibility, treated as a team not just an intern.
I feel the skills i have developed and the amount of training opportunities i was offered will help me greatly in the future.
The Company
Generally quite relaxed.
Well organised right from the start.
A lot of intriductory training was provided at the start of the placement and you ahd the option of doing extra training throughtour the year if wanted/needed.
