  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Its been a wonderful learning experience. I have enjoyed working full time and have had wonderful colleagues throughout who have trusted me and given me proper full on projects.

  • All my colleagues were kind, polite and helpful to me as they encouraged me to improve my skills and business experience.

  • I have been supported throughout my entire placement and feel that I have been able to improve and build my confidence throughout the past year, with lots of support throughout.

  • I was always busy with a lot of projects, support work and meetings.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given a few of my own projects which allowed me to work by myself, with the capability of talking and getting advice from my manager whenever I needed it.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I think that this experience will help me throughout my future career and future time in university as it has broadened my knowledge and understanding.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The people in the office were always kind, and fun to chat with whilst being professional. It was always great to come into work every day.

  • It was well organised and I felt I gained a lot of different experiences and events in place to allow for extra learning opportunities.

  • There was a lot of extra training that I was invited to, which made me feel very appreciated as there has been a lot of money put into my training and development.

  • Working from home

  • I would love to work for them once graduated as they are a good company that cares about their employees and pushes for our personal development.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • There was a lot of events put in place by other placement students, for the placement students to join and socialise which were great!

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I dont particularly like where I chose to live but there was a lot of different things to do because it is a university town.

  • There was a lot of nightlife, which I dont know a lot about due to the fact I dont really like the nightlife.

  • There were a lot of opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work, such as volunteering, socialising events, etc..
