  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Within my role I was given a lot of responsibility which meant each task I completed had to be done to the highest standard. For example within Marketing I would be given the task to format a candidates CV, this meant I had to delete all of the individuals personal information. This was highly important o ensure no personal contact details were given out to any clients. Furthermore I have been in charge of admin, uploading application forms alongside candidate eligibility to work documents onto the system. This was a crucial role to ensure all information was correctly added to each individual. For HR I am mainly in charge of producing and creating spreadsheets to do with compliance, budgets, candidates and leads.
