    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Was a great insight into the pharmacy department of a hospital. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile for the patients which was really nice to see. Hospital was modern and up to date. Staff were helpful when shadowing as they would teach me about anything that I wanted to know about and encouraged me to get stuck in.

    • Very valued, they asked for my opinion on all sorts of clinical management situations.

    • My supervisor was great at supporting me throughout the placement to ensure I fully understood what I was trying to learn.

    • It was great to put the knowledge learnt at uni into practice in a clinical environment

    • I had a timetable for each day so that I definitely got to have a wide exposure of different areas of hospital pharmacy.

    • It was okay and the staff all tried to welcome me and help.

    • They spent a lot of time on me.

    • I had full exposure to what pharmacists did in hospital pharmacy
