The Role
Amazing experience, everyone extremely friendly and welcoming, part of the team straight away. Great job, hours not too long and good pay.
Responsibility from day one. Challenges everyday.
Extremely supportive, wanted me to complete investment qualifications etc.
Rarely felr bored. Always something to do. People willing for you to do some "work experience" on other desks too.
Loads of responsibility. Sent out to Zurich offices to look after a Director's desk for a week too!
Enhanced all my competencies. Skills from all aspects used on a daily basis.
The Company
Everyone friendly and welcoming. People always up for a laugh.
Pretty well organised, although not really that "structured" but worked well for me.
Investment qualifications all paid for etc. Sent to investment management beginners course in first month.

No direct link to graduate scheme, but made many contacts and should a job come up in the future, should have a good chance.
The Culture
Around 40 us of, most people up for socialising. From a variety of universities.
The City's expensive, but you're paid well enough.
Fun, but again expensive.
Some sporting activities throughout the year, but not a huge amount.
