About You
It really confirmed my interest in planning policy, I had real quantifiable influence and learnt very much.
The team I was in were friendly and helpful, and appreciated the work I gave.
I was given sufficient guidance but it was also good to get on with things and learn how to do it myself.
I was able to learn about the reality of planning and the industry, and learn real, lasting skills about how to consult clients.
The Company
Extremely well structured.
Friendly, productive and intimate- perhaps could have been more organised out of office events.
The team ensured I understood the work but I was able to go off by myself and learn.
Very much so.
Savills is definitely a friendly and fun firm, with a good work life balance.
Quite valuable- it still left uncertainty about what exact field I wish to go into.
Everything Else
I was slightly disappointed by the pay, although it was still certainly good for 4 weeks work.
Yes, definitely, although could have perhaps been organised differently.
They were generally good, with one or two slightly less good ones.
Yes, definitely.
Without a doubt, probably the best in the entire property industry.
