    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I loved it - I got put into the Portfolio Valuation team and they are just the best! More importantly, I didn't just sit at my desk, I was part of the team but also was involved with the activities arranged outside of my department (i.e. departmental talk, city walking tour etc.)

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • Was treated no different to the team, was expecting to be making teas and coffees - I was so wrong! I was involved with all projects and meetings in the team - I learned A LOT!

    5/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • Again, brilliant - my mentor was AMAZING - I had questions non-stop and she literally was such a Queen and answered every question. Head of department was brill as was the team. Included me and made me feel welcome and a part.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I benefitted hugely from this Insight as not only will it look great on my CV, but throughout the week I learned a few things that I know will assist my learning at university - more importantly I got a better grasp on certain concepts that I hadn't quite understood in my lectures!

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Insight events were very enjoyable - from departmental talks to drinks with directors and graduates - it was perfect structure as I got to spend enough time in my department and enough time to socialise with the other insight programme candidates.

    5/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Savills has really surprised me and I have loved every second - atmosphere was way more relaxed than I thought it'd be but a hell a lot work get done here - so much respect for the teams here and for the brand as a whole

    5/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Brilliantly, when needed assistance - assistance is what I got. At no point did I feel like I was abandoned with no clarity of what I was doing.

    5/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Definitely gave me an incredible insight and completely changed my whole perception - if anything it made me realise that Savills is the place I want to be at when I graduate.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • Before I even knew I had even applied to the scheme, I knew of the amazing culture and standards that Savills valued, if anything being here for a week has furthered my understanding of Savills' culture.

    3/5

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • Again, amazing. I've been stressing prior to the scheme, not knowing what sector I want to pursue, but being at Savills has definitely reassured me that there's definitely a department for me - it's just about finding it.

    5/5
