    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a great placement, I got the opportunity to travel, learn off very experienced colleagues and have a real impact on the project in which I was placed.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Deloitte places a big focus on learning and helping one another out, there was always someone to ask the silly question to or someone I could approach if I had any issues with.

  • My manager was brilliant in understanding my potential and giving me responsibility to realise this.

  • I easily learnt more in my first six months of the year long placement than I did in the two previous years at university.

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • As I worked in the technology consulting side of things it was very relaxed and in some parts of the business it had a silicon valley feel to it.

  • Very well, there was continuous reviews and monitoring of progress to ensure that I was making the most of my time at the company

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
