  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was shown a lot of respect from day one and was given a lot of time with my manager whenever I needed it.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was busy on a daily basis as my project required a lot of work, however the work I had was appropriate for the time I had, it was not too much or too little.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • My team and manager had everything set up for me from the start. The only downside to the placement was that some of the communications didn't reach me as my email was slightly different to the rest of the interns. This meant that I heard about some compulsary events very last minute.

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

  • The chance of a future job with Centrica is good, I would definitely consider working for them in the future. The process of gaining a graduate job does seem a bit over the top though with the amount of stages to go through.
