The Role
The experience and development from a personal and professional level were huge
My colleagues were extremely friendly and approachable and valued all of my input
Any time I had a question or query it was dealt with immediately
Was not overrun with work but still had enough to keep me occupied each day.
The project I was given had huge value for the company and was held within high regard by my colleagues.
Massive learning curve.
The Company
Atmosphere was relaxed but at times quite quiet.
I was actively encouraged to explore aspects of the company and to take trips to further my understanding of the industry.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Have been offered a graduate role.
The Culture
With 40 students based in accomodation there was a huge chance for social interaction.
Not hugely expensive but it could still be a bit costly.
Uxbridge had little nightlife to offer but with Windsor, Watford and London an easy journey away there were alternatives.
Many sporting events and lunch and learn sessions.
