  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed the Summer Scheme greatly. I gained what I wanted to gain from it and I am very satisfied with the organisation.

    • I felt that I was welcomed into the team and that the work I did was useful and valued by my colleagues.

    • I received an appropriate amount of support and guidance both from the Dumfries office and from the Summer Scheme coordinators.

    • The skills I developed will be very relevant to my degree and hopefully beyond. My team were good at giving me relevant tasks and explained things clearly.

    • It was well structured and organised.

    • The atmosphere in Dumfries is fantastic and everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. There is a good working atmosphere and plenty of social opportunities.

    • The company gave me sufficient training to complete the tasks required of me.
