PLEASE NOTE: This review was for a placement at Lloyds TSB prior to Lloyds TSB merging with HBOS to become Lloyds Banking Group. (The RateMyPlacement Team) I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement. I have been really impressed by the responsibility that I have been given and the development opportunities available. I have enjoyed my placement so much I have extended my contract by 3 months!
PLEASE NOTE: This review was for a placement at Lloyds TSB prior to Lloyds TSB merging with HBOS to become Lloyds Banking Group. (The RateMyPlacement Team) The work was not challenging whatsoever. A child could have carried out the tasks I was handed. The team-building exercises were, if anything, patronising. The Graduate recruitment team are hyporcitical: they claim to encourage development and growth during the programme but begin rating you from day one and hold early performances against your recrod, regardless of improvement made.
PLEASE NOTE: This review was for a placement at Lloyds TSB prior to Lloyds TSB merging with HBOS to become Lloyds Banking Group. (The RateMyPlacement Team) Everyone at LTSB was very supportive. I had a great balance between being a student, but at the same time being given other responsibilities that at times, really challenged me.

(The RateMyPlacement Team) I enjoyed the role alot as i was able to mix with alot of different levels of staff. The job overall wasn't particularly challenging but if you look around there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in different tasks. I really got on well with the people that i worked with and they would always help or advise me when i asked, which i appreciated alot.
PLEASE NOTE: This review was for a placement at HBOS prior to Lloyds TSB merging with HBOS to become Lloyds Banking Group. (The RateMyPlacement Team) I was given real responsibility from day one, thrown in at the deep end which was great. I was given my own project to work on for the 7 weeks I worked in Treasury, which was explained to me over the first few days, after which my boss, his boss and everyone above me who I'd met went away on business trips andor holiday. Because I'd been left on my own, the tasks given to me couldn't exactly be front-line mission critical work, but it was an interesting insight to finance and an amazing opportunity to meet and network with huge numbers of people.

I had a lot of responsibility which was good and there were a lot of opportunities for training and personal development. On a day-to-day basis I was totally in control of my work which taught me to organise my time in a more efficient manner. I also liked the fact that I could make the role what I wanted. I could involved where I liked and stay out of projects that I wasn't interested in.
