  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • I worked in IT Commercial lines and it was a buzzing atmosphere. Loved it!

  • Well Set up

  • I learnt and did as much as I could. I had a 6 week internship in Germany and a week in Manchester.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • All placements students and a few graduates have lunch together on most days. Social events are also organised.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Surrey is not really a cheap neighbourhood

  • Nightlife was not too bad. University of Surrey also has a few bars

  • Opportunities were open to anyone who is willing.
