The Role
It was a fun environment to work in and the work was interesting.
They made me feel very included. They were extremely friendly.
I always had someone to ask, when I had a question.
Work was definitely on the busy side, but everyday I managed to get a good break in between.
I was happy to be given a good amount of responsibility and have a good feeling of control. It was also a good learning experience to feel accountable when things don't go as they should.
The work was very operations based, so the learning was more applicable to real world skills. But when I started to become aware about the background of the work and asked other colleagues about the work, then it started to become more applicable to my degree.
The Company
Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere did not feel pressured.
The training plan went very smoothly and work was handed to me when I was ready. There was a good progression of work too.
There was good initial training and I got the chance to attend many CPDs and a few courses.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The scheme does not allow me to get the job immediately, but if I reapply I get fastracked.
The Culture
The colleagues there were super outgoing and was always something on.
It was pretty expensive, but anything in London is expensive.
Friday nights were good and there's a lot to do in London. Wasn't only restricted to Friday nights too.
There were many opportunities - always something on.
