  • Enjoyed it! Did not find anything wrong with it.

  • Very much valued. Everyone valued my time and did not take advantage.

  • Was guided through any problems and was looked after all the way through

  • Was given a task everyday so my placement was worth it

  • A lot, considering these were live projects, I felt a great responsibility which I loved being a part of.

  • I will be continuing in this field and hope to work for the company at a later date.

  • A good balance of professionalism and friendship

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Everyone was organised with their tasks, obviously there is a lot of stress which I have began to realise in this field but planning is vital so that has been incorporated within the company.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I was given a day out on site to see what it is like on field which is what I loved, seeing what you do in the office come to life! They had given me training, meetings which made me feel like I was part of the team.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Very appealing to me, I want to go for it again, however I have to finish off my masters.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Everyone was very social, and easy to talk to. Always something going on, and invited to many lunches.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Travelling to and from work is a bit difficult however was given a lift in the mornings. It is difficult without a car as buses are not as frequent.

  • Didn't try it but I have heard its amazing

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Yes plenty! After work parties, beach bbq and volleyball
