The Role
Enjoyed it! Did not find anything wrong with it.
Very much valued. Everyone valued my time and did not take advantage.
Was guided through any problems and was looked after all the way through
Was given a task everyday so my placement was worth it
A lot, considering these were live projects, I felt a great responsibility which I loved being a part of.
I will be continuing in this field and hope to work for the company at a later date.
The Company
A good balance of professionalism and friendship
Everyone was organised with their tasks, obviously there is a lot of stress which I have began to realise in this field but planning is vital so that has been incorporated within the company.
I was given a day out on site to see what it is like on field which is what I loved, seeing what you do in the office come to life! They had given me training, meetings which made me feel like I was part of the team.
Very appealing to me, I want to go for it again, however I have to finish off my masters.
The Culture
Everyone was very social, and easy to talk to. Always something going on, and invited to many lunches.
Travelling to and from work is a bit difficult however was given a lift in the mornings. It is difficult without a car as buses are not as frequent.
Didn't try it but I have heard its amazing
Yes plenty! After work parties, beach bbq and volleyball
