The Role
Very enjoyabel placement and a good amount of freedom to cater the work you take on to your interests.
Excellent balance between independence and support by colleagues. The buddy system is very effective and provides a very friendly introduction to the team.
Meeting senior members of the team was a great opportunity in this internship and it is fantastic how open directors and partners are to these meetings. The friendly approachable atompshere of the team definately features at all levels.
Busy, plenty of work to keep me occupied with and the days went very fast!
I filled in for some associates on projects while they were on hoiliday leave so I feel like having an associate elvel of responsibility was fantastic. My skills from my degree/masters were also utilised.
They have defiantely helped in my masters esepcially surrounding my dissertation.
The Company
Very fun team and lots of opportunities to socialise. Attending the AGM was a particular highlight.
Very well organised from the induction through to the programme itself,
I had the opportunity to shaodw team members from different departments and offices to broaden my epxerience of the firm which was very much appreciated. Development opportunities are numerous and I would love to make more of these if I joined full time.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
I would very much like to work with this organisation, but results of internship are yet unknown,
The Culture
Yep, really nice cohort of interns in the team and more broadly across the organisation, Several meet ups throughout the process and always lunch together!
Quite high, but managed to find a good price room on Spareroom and cheap opportunities to socialise,
Good bars & restaurants along the Southbank.
Almost certaintly, but due to dissertation had a busy schedule outside of work,
