  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very enjoyabel placement and a good amount of freedom to cater the work you take on to your interests.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Excellent balance between independence and support by colleagues. The buddy system is very effective and provides a very friendly introduction to the team.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Meeting senior members of the team was a great opportunity in this internship and it is fantastic how open directors and partners are to these meetings. The friendly approachable atompshere of the team definately features at all levels.

  • Busy, plenty of work to keep me occupied with and the days went very fast!

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I filled in for some associates on projects while they were on hoiliday leave so I feel like having an associate elvel of responsibility was fantastic. My skills from my degree/masters were also utilised.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • They have defiantely helped in my masters esepcially surrounding my dissertation.

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Very fun team and lots of opportunities to socialise. Attending the AGM was a particular highlight.

  • Very well organised from the induction through to the programme itself,

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I had the opportunity to shaodw team members from different departments and offices to broaden my epxerience of the firm which was very much appreciated. Development opportunities are numerous and I would love to make more of these if I joined full time.

  • I would very much like to work with this organisation, but results of internship are yet unknown,

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yep, really nice cohort of interns in the team and more broadly across the organisation, Several meet ups throughout the process and always lunch together!

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Quite high, but managed to find a good price room on Spareroom and cheap opportunities to socialise,

  • Good bars & restaurants along the Southbank.

  • Almost certaintly, but due to dissertation had a busy schedule outside of work,
