  • - Completion of Evidence Gaining Activities from this party business to further check client information. - Team meetings including training from seniors. - One-on-One meetings with seniors from different lines of service to get a better understanding of the business as a whole. - Social activities after work to build team connections. - In person meetings aswell as online meetings through teams. - Volunteering day to help the local community

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • To begin with i was not given a lot of responsibility, however as time passed and trust was proven, i was able to complete tasks and sign off on them without seniors reviewing. This was only after completing the same tasks on other clients and having outstanding work.

  • There is alot of opportunity to speak with seniors to tap into their wealth of knowledge and improve yourself. This would be through work activities and for guidance outside of work.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very friendly company culture with a team first approach. PwC gives you plentiful amounts of time to allow for you to ask questions to the team and managers around you to help with any worries. Managers sit on the same tables as you - this helps with the company culture as there is not a present hierarchy within the office.
