The Role
PwC have a great buddy and personal manager system which is genuinely taken seriously and is integral to your time over the internship-not just a tick box for providing 'support' but a great system that really helps you to get the best out of the time and enjoy it!
Personal experience was that I was treated more like an associate than an intern so my work hours tended to be a bit longer especially when deadlines were coming up but this is reflective of the level of work I was trusted with which gave me a fantastic experience and the chance to learn a lot.
More than I expected but happily so and I supported throughout.
