The Role
I enjoyed the responsibility which we were given to run campaigns on our own.
My colleagues felt i was in a critical role.
Despite reporting to various managers, on the whole they were very supporting.
Always enough work but not too much to make me need to stay late/come in early.
Pretty much doing a full time persons job, in controll of campaigns from start to finish.
Very much so, i managed to put much of my theory into practice and learned alot about e-marketing whilest on the job.
The Company
The first 6 months was quite bad but after a re-org this got much much better and ended up more easy-going.
Very well, there was around 40 of us so they were used to it, with a good HR dept also.
Training for various courses was always offered when available, however the original on-boarding was poor.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
I would consider coming back but on the right terms.
The Culture
Very good as there was so many of us.
Average with all Northern Cities really.
Not the best, expensive and only 2 clubs.
Very much so with a good sports centre.
