The Role
The job could get boring at times but there was loads to learn and you were involved from the beginning
The team I worked in always made be feel valued and and important part of the team
Management were very approachable at all levels and you have an allocated staff member to help you with any problems
There was always lots of work to do as you have many cases to work on at one time.
You may start in the deep end but you learn loads and your responsibilities grow very quickly if you prove your ability.
The Company
There was very much a work hard play hard atmosphere so there were always stories to talk about!
It was well organised but also flexible.
We had internal training on issues within the industry and also attended an external training event.

I am going back to work as a graduate.
The Culture
Most of the placement students were from loughborough and we all got on well, you make it what you want.
Being in London it's obviously expensive but your salary reflects that and I had the luxury of being able to live at home.
Can't really beat the west end of london for nights out.
Mainly socialising but if you wanted to arrange an event such as sports it was easy to.
