The Role
Very simalar duties everyday. Lack of variety.
Always made to feel like a valuable member of the team with a number of responsibilities.
Open door policy upto and including partners so guidance was always available.
Relatively busy depending on how many new appointments came in.
Assigned to specific cases where I was responsible for the set up of that case with statutory deadlines to meet.
No direct impact on studies. Organisation may have improved.
The Company
Quiet a young team and so always some good banter.
No structured training scheme. Sometimes felt like slave labour!
No training schemes apart from one in house training day about 7 months in to the placement.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Not the field I am looking to go back into and so not very appealing to me.
The Culture
Yes we regularly got smashed.
I was living and working in quiet an expensive area and so the money did not go too far!
A few bars and clubs close by and other areas not too far.
There was a few football tournemants that I took part in.
