  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Very simalar duties everyday. Lack of variety.

  • Always made to feel like a valuable member of the team with a number of responsibilities.

  • Open door policy upto and including partners so guidance was always available.

  • Relatively busy depending on how many new appointments came in.

  • Assigned to specific cases where I was responsible for the set up of that case with statutory deadlines to meet.

  • No direct impact on studies. Organisation may have improved.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Quiet a young team and so always some good banter.

  • No structured training scheme. Sometimes felt like slave labour!

  • No training schemes apart from one in house training day about 7 months in to the placement.

  • Not the field I am looking to go back into and so not very appealing to me.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Yes we regularly got smashed.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I was living and working in quiet an expensive area and so the money did not go too far!

  • A few bars and clubs close by and other areas not too far.

  • There was a few football tournemants that I took part in.
