Experience with customer interaction, problem solving and organisational efficiency.

Completion of a presentation involving HSBC’s unique selling points, a competitor analysis and a customer satisfaction study.

Insight into credit risk management, commercial banking and account monitoring.

Great insight into finance, retail banking and customer service. A lot of diversity in day-to-day activities which kept the internship varied and exciting.

My line manager and other managers at the bank were always very helpful and fully provided me with support.
