  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the three days that I have spent in the Citi and I thought that everything was really organised and is definitely worth applying for!

    • I felt that I was really valued during the program with every member of the HR spending considerate time getting to know all of us.

    • Any questions that I had was really well answered so i felt that I was really supported.

    • I feel that the program has really opened my eyes on what division of the bank I am most interested in, which was exactly why I have applied in the first place.

    • The HR has really organised and planned it out well, with the day being packed with interesting events

    • The atmosphere was really friendly and everyone emphasised the importance of good work life balanc.

    • They have really answered all of our questions and wanted us to learn about all of the qualities needed to succeed

    • Shadowing one of the divisions and getting presentations from each division made it really clear to me about full time role

    • All of the travelling was reinbursed

    • We had a networking in the evening and after every single presentation with an opportunity to get contacts
