The Role
The overall experience of the internship was great and very useful for the next step in my career.
Although I generally felt valued, in some occasions I did feel limited by the fact that I was an intern.
I felt fully supported by my managers. They were very easy to approach and willing to help with any problem I might have.
As I was dealing with customers on a daily basis, the workload was never low.
The responsibilities felt high at the beginning but did not increase through time as I would have liked to.
The Company
Very good atmosphere. Full of young professionals and interns. Many people willing to help.
As this 13 month internship has been ongoing for many years everything is set up a very well organized.
I was provided with some training but nothing compared with the New College Graduates.

If you do a good job during your internship and you fit in the company's mentality the employments prospects are good. A lot of employees started being interns.
The Culture
Yes. There were plenty of fellow interns and New College Graduates.
The cost of living is high mainly due to the rent. Socialising is not expensive though and the salaries are good.
In Freising the nightlife is scarce. However, in Munich -where I lived- was great.
