The Role
TI has a great international environment. You receive real responsibilities and quickly become part of the team.
As in any place you need to prove how responsible you can be. In TI initiative is highly appreciated and colleagues welcome new ideas.
The previous intern helped me to learn the daily task. Then my supervisor gave me advised on how to approach people and tasks. You also receive a welcome package from HR.
At the beginning you receive a lot of information and you meet several people. Then you need to learn how to manage your projects because certainly you will have a lot of work (specially around shows).
It's gradually. You start with easy tasks and then you can even get a budget to launch projects around Europe.
This is real life. We can learn a lot of things in the school but the placement gives you the experience that the school can't give you. You also learn to work with teams in different time zones.
The Company
It was good and very international!
It is a big company. So you also need to ask for the things you need. Otherwise it will take a long time!
Subsidised Canteen
Above 25 days holiday
It is nice that a lot of people get jobs right after the placement or some come back after one year.
The Culture
Yes. There are events organized.
Munich is expensive and it is difficult to get accommodation. Plan in advance!!
You need to go to Munich to see good bars and discos
Yes. You will meet a lot of new interns.
