  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The experience was made very enjoyable with social event every evening and the photo booth was a fun touch.

    • It was only a very short 3 days. To feel more valued a week should have been the minimum time.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • The team were always walking round. I felt there were enough staff there to pay sufficient attention to us.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Team work and public speaking were skills which the academy focused on. This was really useful as making a good impression was run through very clearly.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was well structured in terms of making it enjoyable, however it would have been better if the assessment could have been performed away from the insight week.

    • Really positive and I have stayed in contact with some other from the talent academy

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Well, but having made one mistake on the written assessment I wasn't offered a fast track and have had little contact from PwC to continue my application.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • If the program was longer there would have been more time to learn better about a role in the company. The networking was most useful.

    • This was more memorable compared to the run though of specific roles in PwC.

    • Really would have like it to be longer in order to find out more.

    • I was reimbursed expenses.
