The Role
Johnson & Johnson is a great company, I learned a lot in my time spent working for them. His methodology of business is a role model for other companies. The benefits to their workers are very good and for the sole purpose of getting who are really happy with their work
My former boss, a great guy, helped me throughout my learning. I now have their own references to find another job. For the other colleagues I got real friends that share outside of office hours personal time
Really good!!!
Everyday I had to make my scheduled tasks. Yes, I was really busy, you get to meet targets and if you overcome it is very good for your business and yourself...
My responsibility was to be coordinator of purchasing and logistics department of a brand of antibiotics without prescription. Had control of transport costs, and supplier management. Four people were my responsibility and had to marshal enough tasks for the end customer was satisfied
The company where I have been American methodology. It seems a very proper functioning. In Spain, I've also worked in other companies but with a different methodology and summarizing, I'll take the lessons learned from Johnson. I love the purchasing department and supply chain. It has helped me to define my particular specialty, and now here in UK can continue my studies to work in purchasing, retail, management .. etc. .. because in Spain there is no such expertise
The Company
The atmosphere was competitive but very respected. Colleagues gave much help and the boss was always to give a proper training
Perfectly organized. The department for which I worked was Supply Chain and within this, there were all related sub-departments such as purchasing, customer service, logistics

The outlook is escepcionales. The training that you acquire allows you to climb the ladder. And the support you receive from your boss is unbeatable. In case you want to climb but there is no place in the department in which you find you can receive offers from other departments
The Culture
Each quarter is made a global meeting of all the companies in which to meet colleagues from other departments and you socialize. There is no distinction on whether you are a student or not, they treat you like one more.
Madrid is a very expensive city in relation to wages that charges people
The nightlife in Madrid is very good, all Spain is very good at it. You can go anytime in the morning always find a place to dance or eat
Madrid as a major cosmopolitan city and you can find plenty to do from going to the movies or restaurants. Or take classes in painting, music etc. ..
