The Role
There is no other work environment which can challenge a young professional, both physically and mentally. The satisfaction of successfully completing the internship and being offered a full-time role was immense.
Became an integral member of the team, to the point where my work was valued and relied upon.
In a very hectic industry people still understand that you are an intern and still learning.
VERY BUSY.
Due to the nature of the work you have to EARN responsibility, hence at the start you have very little, but if you get the easy stuff right then you will begin to gain trust.
Hard work is something that is invaluable in any walk of life.
The Company
People understood they were in it together and there was a lot of camaraderie.
Loads of events, drinks, socials. Excellent.
The week of training before the internship started gave us a good flavour of what we were going to be doing.
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
I have a graduate offer with the firm.
The Culture
Although we were very busy we still managed to enjoy ourselves!
London is not cheap.
Canary Wharf has an array of nice bars.
Loads of opportunities are available, depending on the workload and time available.
