Overview
The insight provided an overview of the firm and its divisions before talks given by divisions across technology. Throughout the week there were interactive sessions including A trading simulation, a problem-solving workshop, interview tips, and a group project.
Skills
The insight improved my understanding of the agile methodology and how to succeed in technical interviews. However, most sessions were informative about the firm rather than technical skills sessions.
Business Insight
It was interesting to learn about the breadth of roles available in areas I was previously unaware of.
Culture
Many employees mentioned a positive culture at the firm.
Your Impressions
It was very enjoyable learning about the tech roles. The lunches provided were also of excellent quality with dinner being provided one night. Throughout the week it was also great to meet other students in the same position.
