The Role
I learned very much and the team I worked in was fun and supportive. Physically, however, it was tough at times.
As soon as I got familiar with the processes, I worked on the same tasks as a full-time analyst does.
The team was very supportive in the beginning.
It's Investment Banking and my team made sure that I get an authentic experience. Thus: busy.
On some projects I was the only analyst in the team. Nevertheless, people did not expect me to know everything and were supportive.
I learned multitasking, working under pressure, and using large-company resources very well.
The Company
A good mix between focused/professional and fun.
Perfect Organisation. We had the opportunity to take part in many events like presentations, get togethers, and an activity day.
We had an intensive one-week training at the start of the internship.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
It's a great place to work at!
The Culture
Due to the training and the events, we became a very close bunch. The people are very cool.
Central London is expensive but the salary gives you flexibility.
It's London, after all. Often, interns went partying together.
Interns could, for example, participate in the JPM Corporate Challenge.
